Biscoitos fisherman unload fish from an all-night trip. Freshly caught shark, snapper, and others await buyers and within hours end up in the island's superb seafood restaurants on Terceira, Azores. A seafood meal of crispy fried, baked or broiled fish, boiled carrots and potatoes, accompanied by a local white wine, costs roughly $10.00 per person in a simple restaurant across the quay in Biscoitos.
